Here's a couple of pics of Alex Daniell's N gauge 28xx, made from a Gem body kit and a Farish RTR 2-8-0 chassis as used on their 8F loco. 2857 is portrayed in early BR period as fitted with outside steam pipes.
| The loco hauling a 44 wagon coal train on the modular layout of the Berkshire group of the N gauge society of which Alex is a member. The modules shown are based on Langley oil terminal and were built by another member, Graham Godfrey, who can exhibit them as a self-contained unit. |
