2mm RTR Stock

This list shows most of the range of GWR 2mm N Gauge Ready to Run locos, coaches and wagons. Note that these are manufactured to British "N" standards, i.e. 1:148 scale but running on 9mm gauge track. This differs from the more correct "N" standards used elsewhere, i.e. 1:160 scale stock on 9mm gauge track. More details of this peculiarity can be found at British N Scale. Further info and access to specially produced stock can be had through the N Gauge Society.

The list indicates whether the models have been recently marketed (i.e. within the past 8 years or so). Discontinued models are however often still available secondhand, and can be purchased at shows or by mail-order from dealers.

Private owner wagons  Although not a GWR vehicle, very few GWR layouts would be complete without private owner coal wagons. Unfortunately, Mathieson Models no longer produce their Gloucester 7-plank wagons, many of which were liveried for South Wales or West Country.
