2mm RTR stock

This list shows most of the range of GWR 2mm N gauge Ready to Run locos, coaches and wagons. Note that these are manufactured to British 'N' standards, i.e. 1:148 scale but running on 9mm gauge track. This differs from the more correct 'N' standards used elsewhere, i.e. 1:160 scale stock on 9mm gauge track. Further info and access to specially produced stock can be had through the N Gauge Society.

Union Mills Models produces a number of GWR RTR locos, but the locos tend to be produced in batches, so it is difficult to keep up with what is available. (Union Mills Models does not have a website or e-mail.) The best place to find out what they do is probably the N gauge forum.

Private owner wagons  Although not a GWR vehicle, very few GWR layouts would be complete without private owner coal wagons. Unfortunately, Mathieson Models no longer produce their Gloucester 7-plank wagons, many of which were liveried for South Wales or West Country.
